• Because these files are delivered instantly, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• If you have trouble downloading your file, or if the file appears damaged, please contact me right away and I’ll make sure you receive a working copy.

Physical Products (Holiday Cards & Other Seasonal Goods)

• All holiday card sets and other seasonal products are final sale due to their time-sensitive nature.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or store credit.
